LaKaza solves issues that you run into during the warranty period by offering solutions that consider the type of product you ordered and the issue you are facing.
Damage caused by weather conditions is not covered by the warranty because the item is not damaged or a non-functioning item. Please contact your insurance company to resolve such cases.
